Timmanam(Meal Maker)


1.Meal maker 1 cup
2.Coconut grated 1/2 cup
3.Jaggery 1 cup
4.Milk 2 cups
5.Soaked rice 1/4 cup
6.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
7.Dry fruits 10 grams
8.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some milk and bring it to boil.
2.Add meal maker and cook for few minutes,add coconut paste (coconut grated,rice) and mix well without ant lumps.
3.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and give it a good mix.Before switching of the stove add jaggery and mix well till it evenly melts.
4.Meanwhile fry dry fruits in ghee and add to the mixture,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
