Sweet Corn Payasam


1.Sweet corn 1 cup
2.Semiya 1/4 cup
3.Dry fruits 20 grams
4.Sugar 1 cup
5.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Milk 1/2 ltr
7.Ghee 1/4 cup


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,fry dry fruits till light brown colour and keep aside.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee and fry semiya for few minutes till light brown colour.
3.In the same pan add sweet corn paste and mix it well and fry evenly.Add milk and give it a stir and bring it to boil.
4.Finally add fried dry fruits to the pan and give it a fine stir.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with dry fruits.
