Pesarapappu Punugulu


1.Green moong dal 1 cup
2.Pepper 1 tbsp
3.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
4.Cumin seeds b1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add soaked and grinded moong dal paste,roughly crushed pepper,ginger,cumin seeds and mix well.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Slowly drop the batter in hot oil like punugulu and deep fry.Keep turning in between and fry evenly till they turn into light golden colour.Transfer onto a plate and serve hot.
