1.Kabuli chana 1 cup boiled
2.Rice 1 cup cooked
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Dried red chillies 3
5.Green chillies sliced 4
6.Curry leaves
7.Peanuts 1/4 cup
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves
11.Pudina leaves
12.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
13.Oil 3 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies and saute.
2.Add green chillies,peanuts,kabuli chana,turmeric powder,curry leaves and fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt and give it a stir,add lemon juice and cooked rice and give it a good stir.Cook for few  minutes and transfer into a bowl and garnish with pudina,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
