Munakkada Kobbari Pala Kura


1.Boiled Drum sticks 1 cup
2.Coconut milk 1 cup
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Onion chopped 2
5.Green chillies 4
6.Curry leaves
7.Tomato puree
8.Coconut cashew nut paste 1/2 cup
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder a pinch
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,onions,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add drum sticks,coconut milk and mix well,bring it to boil.
3.Add salt,turmeric powder and give it a mix,cover and cook for few minutes till done.
4.Add tomato puree,coconut cashew nut paste and mix it well.Fry for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
5.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
