Gobi Masala Rice

Gobi Masala Rice


1.Boiled cauliflower 1 cup
2.Basmati rice 1 cup
3.Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Onion chopped 1
7.Green chillies 3
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Curd 1/4 cup
12.Fried cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,bay leaf,ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
2.Add pudina masala paste,salt,cauliflower and mix well,stir fry for few minutes.
3.Add curd and give it a mix,finally add cooked rice and mix it well.Coat well the rice with all masalas.
4.Cook for few minutes on medium flame for couple of minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts.Serve hot.
