1.Rice flour 1/2 cup
2.Wheat flour 2 cups
3.Sugar 1 1/2 cup
4.Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
5.Bombay ravva 2 tbsp
7.Oil for deep frying
8.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some water as required,sugar and bring it to boil.Prepare sugar syrup.
2.Add rice flour,wheat flour to the sugar syrup and mix it well.
3.Keep stirring the mixture without forming any lumps.
4.Sprinkle some bombay ravva,sesame seeds,salt,cardamom and mix well.
5.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small roundels with fried mixture on plastic cover and press into a small chapathi.
6.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.Serve hot.
