Aloo Frankies


1.Maida 1 cup
2.Potatoes boiled and mashed 2
3.Paneer grated 1/2 cup
4.Potato grated 1/2 cup
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
8.Onion chopped 1
9.Green chillies 2
10.Coriander leaves
11.Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Butter 1 tbsp
13.Oil 2 tbsp
14.Tomato sauce


1.Take a deep bowl add maida,potato grated,oil and mix well,prepare a smooth dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add green chillies,mashed potato,salt,garam masala powder,dry mango powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
3.Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and give it a mix.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into a chapathi and cook evenly on both sides on a skillet with some butter.
5.Now place the fried potato mixture on chapathi and pour some tomato sauce on top and roll it.Serve hot.
