Bendakaya Pesara Charu


1.Lady finger 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 4
4.Tomatoes 2
5.Curry leaves
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
10.Garlic cloves 4
11.Oil 2 tbsp
12.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves
14.Pepper corns 1 tbsp
15.Coriander powder 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,garlic cloves,green chillies,curry leaves,lady finger and saute for few minutes.
2.Add tomatoes chopped and saute till tender and soft.Now add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and moong dal boiled water,mix well and bring it to boil.
3.Add some water as required and bring it to boil,add pepper corns,coriander powder and stir well.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves,add lemon juice.Serve hot.
