1.Betel leaves chopped 1/2 cup
2.Spinach chopped 1 cup
3.Thotakoora chopped 1 cup
4.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
5.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
6.Corn flour 2 tbsp
7.Maida 2 tbsp
8.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
10.Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
11.Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Coriander leaves
14.Curry leaves
15.Green chillies 4
16.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a deep bowl add all leafy vegetables,carrot,coriander leaves,garlic,ginger garlic paste,salt,maida,corn flour,soya sauce,tomato sauce,chilli sauce and mix well all the ingredients without water and prepare a dough.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare round balls with mixture and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.
4.Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add garlic chopped,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
6.Add dissolved corn flour to the pan and mix well,fry until manchuria becomes dry.Fry for another few minutes and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
