Paneer Bajji


1.Besan flour 2 cups
2.Paneer 1 cup
3.Rice flour 2 tbsp
4.Garam masala powder 2 1/2 tbsp
5.Pepper powder 2 1/2 tbsp
6.Ginger garlic paste 2 1/2 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Cumin seeds 2 1/2 tbsp
10.Oil for deep frying
11.Tomato sauce 1/2 cup


1.Take a deep bowl add paneer pieces add tomato sauce,pepper powder and mix well,coat well the paneer and keep aside.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take another bowl add besan flour,salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,rice flour,garam masala powder and mix well with water and prepare pakodi batter.
4.Now dip the marinated paneer pieces in batter and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour and crisp.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
