2.Coriander leaves
3.Green chillies
4.Tempering seeds


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds and saute for a minute.
2.Add green chillies slitted,peanuts and saute for few minutes.
3.Now add bunch of coriander leaves and fry for few minutes till leaves are tender,switch off the flame and keep aside.
4.Rest the mixture to cool down for few minutes,once done transfer into a blender and blend along with some salt,soaked tamarind.
5.Blend well into a fine paste,transfer into a plate and serve.
