Gobi Cutlets

Gobi Cutlets


1.Cauliflower finely chopped 1 cup
2.Potatoes 2 boiled and peeled
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 2
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Chaat masala powder 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander leaves
9.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
10.Oil 3 tbsp
11.Turmeric powder a pinch


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger,onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add cauliflower,salt,turmeric powder and give it a good mix.Fry for few minutes on medium flame.
3.Add mashed potatoes,coriander leaves,chaat masala powder and give it a fine stir,switch of the stove rest aside the mixture to cool down.
4.Heat a skillet by drizzling some oil,prepare small round cutlets(any shape) with the mixture and place it on skillet.
5.Fry evenly the cutlets on both sides by drizzling some oil and fry till golden brown colour.Serve hot.
