1.Avakura 2 cups
2.Spinach puree 1/2 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Rec chilli powder
7.Green chillies 3
8.Mustard oil 2 tbsp
9.Fresh cream


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,green chillies,ginger and saute for few minutes.
2.Add avakura and stur fry,add salt,red chilli powder and mix well.
3.Now add spinach puree and mix well,fry till raw smell goes off.
4.Keep stirring the mixture,add some water as require and cook for another few minutes.
5.Switch off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with fresh cream.
