Boodida Gummadi Vadalu


1.Boodidha Gummadikaya grated 1 cup
2.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
3.Cabbage grated 1/2 cup
4.Maida 1/2 cup
5.Green chilli paste 4 tbsp
6.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves
8.Green peas 1/2 cup
9.Soaked chana dal 1 cup
10.Curry leaves
11.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Pudina leaves
14.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a deep bowl add gummadi grated,chana dal coarse paste,green peas roughly crushed,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,maida,carrot,cabbage,pudina,coriander leaves,curry leaves,salt and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare small vadas with the mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden coloura and crisp.Serve hot.
