Karrapendalam Dryfruit Laddu


1.Boiled Karrapendalam 1 cup
2.Jaggery grated 1 cup
3.Dates 1 cup
4.Anjeer pieces 1 cup
5.Cashew nut 10 grams
6.Badam chopped 1 tbsp
7.Pista 1 tbsp
8.Ghee 2 tbsp
9.Honey 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,fry cashew nuts,badam,pista for few minutes.
2.Meanwhile take another bowl add karrapendalam,dates,anjeer,jaggery,fried cashewa,badam,pista mix well all the ingredients evenly,add some honey for binding.
3.Finally prepare laddoos with the mixture and store in glass jar and serve.
