Karrapendalam Rajma Curry


1.Boiled karrapendalam 1 cup
2.Boiled rajma 1 cup
3.Green peas 1/2 cup
4.Cashew nut paste 1/2 cup
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Green chillies 3
7.Garam masala paste 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Coriander leaves
12.Oil 3 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add garam masala paste and saute,add cashew nut paste and mix well.
Cook for few minutes.
3.Add boiled karrapendalam pieces and give it a good stir.Add boiled rajma,green peas and mix well,cook for another few minutes.
4.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and give it a stir.
5.Add required amount of water,cover and cook for few minutes till done.Switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
