Pepper Moong Dal Rice


1.Basmati rice 1 cup[
2.Capsicum 1 cut into long strips
3.Moong dal soaked 1/2 cup
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Curry leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Pepper corns 1 tbsp
8.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heast it,add cumin seeds,pepper corns,curry leaves,capsicum and saute for few minutes.
2.Add moong dal and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt to taste,finally add cooked rice to the frying pan and give it a good mix.Cook for another couple of minutes till done.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
