Palak Kaju Curry

Palak Kaju Curry


1.Spinach chopped 2 cups
2.Cashewnut 1/4 cup
3.Broken milk 2 tbsp
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Green chillies 2
6.Whole garam masala
7.Gasagasalu 1/2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Tomatoes 2
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,spinach and some water.Cover and cook for few minutes till tender.
2.Add ground masala paste (cashews,gasagasalu,whole garam masala,tomatoes,onions) to the fried mixture and saute for few minutes.
3.Add red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well.Cook on medium flame for few minutes add broken milk and saute for 2 minutes.
4.Switch off the stove and transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
