Fried Paneer Rolls

Fried Paneer Rolls


1.Paneer 1 cup
2.Maida 2 cups
3.Boiled potato 1
4.Green chillies chopped 2
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Coriander leaves
7.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add maida,salt and mix well with some water,prepare a smooth dough and set aside.
2.Meanwhile take another bowl add mashed potato,paneer,green chillies,ginger,coriander leaves,cumin powder,lemon juice,salt and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a thin layered chapathi.
5.Cut the chapathi into square shape,now take paneer mixture and prepare a stiff dough bar.
6.Now place the paneer mixture in chapathi and roll it by greasing some water.Close the edges firmly.
7.Drop the rolls in hot oil and deep fry till light golden colour and serve hot with pudina chutney.
