Beetroot Rawa Puri


1.Godhuma Ravva 2 tbsp
2.Beetroot grated 2 tbsp
3.Bombay ravva 1 tbsp
4.Maida 1 cup
5.Sugar 20 grams
6.Ghee 1 tbsp
7.Salt a pinch
8.Cashew nut 10 grams
9.Badam 10 grams
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl combine godhuma ravva,bombay ravva,maida,ghee,beetroot and mix well with required amount of water.
2.Prepare a dough,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into a small thin puris.
4.Finally sprinkle cashew nut powder (cashews,badam,cardamom,sugar blended together) on top of puris and serve.
