Menthi Paneer Curry


1.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
2.Spinach puree 1 cup
3.Paneer grated 1 cup
4.Tomato puree 1/2 cup
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Garlic cloves 5
7.Ginger small piece
8.Cashew nuts 0 grams
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
12.Butter 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add tomato puree and mix well,cook for few minutes.
3.Add spinach puree and saute,cook till raw smell goes off.
4.Add fenugreek paste (fenugreek leaves,ginger,garlic) and mix well,cook for few minutes and add required amount of water.
5.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and mix it well.Finally add paneer and give it a good mix.
6.Cook for another few minutes and transfer into a bowl,garnish with fried cashews.
