1.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
2.Green chillies 4
3.Dried red chillies 2
4.Soaked chana dal 1 cup
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Blend soaked chana dal,dried red chillies into a smooth paste.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,fenugreek leaves,coriander leaves,salt and mix well with ground chana dal paste.
4.Now prepare small vadas with the mixture on a plastic cover,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Repeat the same process and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
