Paneer Dry Fruit Rice


1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Paneer pieces 1/2 cup
3.Dry fruits 1/2 cup
4.Green chillies 3
5.Shajeera 1/2 tbsp
6.Curd 1/4 cup
7.Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Ghee 2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan add some ghee and melt it,add shajeera,green chillies,dry fruits and saute.
2.Add paneer,curd and saute for a minute.Add salt to taste,dry mango powder and mix well.
3.Finally add cooked rice and mix well evenly.Cook for few minutes and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
