Dondakaya Kaju Bajjilu


1.Boiled Dondakayalu 1/4 kilo
2.Cashew nut powder 2 tbsp
3.Besan flour 1 cup
4.Peanut powder 2 tbsp
5.Corn flour 2 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Vaamu 1 tbsp
9.Green chillies 4
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Firstly blend green chillies,coriander,salt,vaamu into a smooth paste.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take a bowl add besan flour,corn flour,cashew powder,peanut powder,green chilli paste,red chilli powder and mix well with water and prepare a thick batter.
4.Now dip the dondakayalu in batter and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,keep turning in between and fry evenly,serve hot.
