Kaju Gobi Potlalu


1.Cauliflower 1 cup
2.Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
3.Potato boiled 1
4.Green chillies chopped 3
5.Salt to taste
6.Maida 2 cups
7.Chaat masala 1/2 tbsp
8.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Dalda 1 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add maida,salt,melted dalda and mix well with water and prepare chapathi dough.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add green chillies,cauliflower and saute for a minute.
4.Add cashew nut,salt,chaat masala powder,cumin powder and mix well.Finally add mashed potato and mix well evenly.
5.Prepare chapathis with dough and roll them into small thin puris,stuff the fried mixture in chapathi.
6.Grease the chapathis edges with some water and bring the edges together like a small packet.
7.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning in between and fry evenly.Serve hot.
