Godhuma Rava Jilebi


1.Milk 1/2 ltr
2.Paneer grated 350 grams
3.Godhuma ravva 75 grams
5.Sugar 500 grams


1.Take a pan and boil some milk on other side prepare sugar syrup in other pan.
2.Keep stirring the milk until it attains thick in consistency,on other side stir sugar syrup.
3.Now add paneer to the boiling milk and keep stirring,add bombay ravva and stir well till it attains creamy texture.
4.Add some ghee and stir well.Heat 1 bowl of ghee,take a plastic cover and pour the batter in it.
5.Make a small hole and press the batter into hot ghee in circular motion like jalebis.
6.Deep fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
