Jaipur Curry


1.Carrot 5 chopped
2.Beans 100 grams chopped
3.Tomatoes 2
4.Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Malai 1/2 cup
11.Paneer 100 grams
12.Onion chopped 1
13.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
14.Curd 1 tbsp
15.Capsicum 2


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat,add cumin seeds,onions and saute for a minute.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes and mix well,cook for a minutes till tomatoes are tender.
4.Add red chilli powder,salt and mix well.Add curd,cashew nut paste 1 cup and give it mix.Cook for few minutes.
5.Add veggies,paneer to the frying pan and mix well,cook for another few minutes.Add fresh cream,garam masala nd mix well.
6.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashews.
