1.Sagoo soaked  cup
2.Rice 1 cup
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies 4
5.Curry leaves
6.Dried red chillies 3
7.Coriander leaves
8.Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
9.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Lemon 1
12.Oil 3 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,turmeric powder,peanuts,green chillies,dried red chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add salt,sagoo and mix well.Add curry leaves and cooked to the frying pan and mix well.Coat well the rice,squeeze a lemon and sprinkle some coriander leaves.Serve hot.
