Semiya Laddu


1.Semiya 1 cup
2.Jaggery 1 cup
3.Ghee 2 tbsp
4.Cashew nuts 10 grams
5.Kismis 10 grams
6.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan pour some water,bring it to boil and add jaggery.Mix well.
2.Prepare jaggery syrup until it attains thread consistency.
3.On other side fry dry fruits in ghee till nice golden colour and transfer into a bowl.
4.Add boiled and cooked semiya to jaggery syrup and mix well,sprinkle some cardamom powder,fried dry fruits and mix well evenly.
5.Switch off the stove,transfer the mixture into a small bowl,rest aside to cool down the mixture.Prepare round balls and serve.
