Fried Paneer Sandwich


1.Paneer slices 8
2.Rice flour 1/4 cup
3.Besan flour 1/2 cup
4.Corn flour 2 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies 3
8.Cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves
14.Ghee 1 tbsp
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a deep bowl add besan flour,rice flour,corn flour,vaamu,cumin seeds,coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder,ghee and mix well with water and prepare a smooth batter.
3.Prepare green chutney (curry leaves,pudina,green chillies,coriander leaves) grease to panner slices and prepare small sandwiches and keep aside in a plate.
4.Now dip this slices in batter and slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
