Baby Corn Manchuria


1.Baby corn 15
2.Maida 1/4 cup
3.Corn flour 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Green chillies 2
6.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
7.Onion chopped 1/2 cup
8.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
9.Ajinomoto 1/2 tbsp
10.Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
11.Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
12.Oil 20 ml
13.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
14.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a deep bowl combine maida,corn flour,salt and mix well with water and prepare a smooth batter.
3.Now add baby corns to the batter and coat well,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,some water,ajinomoto and mix well.
5.Add pepper,red chilli powder,salt,soya sauce,tomato sauce and mix well.Finally add fried balls to the pan and coat well the balls.Switch of the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
