Pesarattu Sandwich


1.Bread slices 2
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup soaked and grinded
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Beetroot grated
5.Green chillies 3
6.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,turmeric powder,bombay ravva,salt,malai and mix well.
2.Heat a skillet by drizzling some oil.Place the bread slice and apply the mixture on top of bread and cook for few minutes on both sides till done.
3.Pour scoop full of batter on a hot skillet and place the fried bread slice,again pour batter on top of bread slice and cook evenly by drizzling some oil around bread slice.Transfer onto a plate,garnish with beetroot and serve hot.
