Potlakaya Pesarapappu Eguru


1.Potlakaya 1
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup soaked for 1 hour
3.Green chillies 3
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Curry leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Dried red chillies 2
9.Oil 2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add dried red chillies,tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add moong dal and fry for few minutes,add potlakaya,salt,turmeric powder and mix well,add some water as required and stir well.
3.Cover and cook for few minutes till done,transfer onto a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
