Ginger Bean Soup

Ginger Bean Soup


1.Beans chopped 1/4 cup boiled and cooked
2.Corn flour 1 tbsp
3.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Pepper 1 tbsp
6.Bay leaf 1
7.Butter 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add pepper corns,bay leaf,ginger chopped and saute for a minute.
2.Add beans stock,salt and bring it to boil.
3.Now drain the soup with help of a strainer in a separate pan.
4.Dissolve corn flour in a bowl without forming any lumps,add this mixture to boiling pan and mix well until it turns into thick consistency.
5.Transfer into a bowl and add boiled beans,serve hot.
