Stuffed Paneer Cutlets


1.Paneer garted 1/2 cup
2.Boiled potato 2
3.Coriander leaves
4.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
5.Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
6.Dry Mango powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Green chillies 2
9.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
10.Butter 2 tbsp


1.Take a plate add potato,coriander leaves,slt,green chillies and mix well.
2.In a separate bowl combine paneer,salt,cumin seeds,dry mango powder,pepper powder,crushed cashews and mix well.
3.Now take potato mixture and pat into a small size puri,make a dent  and stuff paneer mixture into it and enclose.
4.Roll them into desired cutlets and keep aside in a separate plate,repeat the same process for other tikkis.
5.Heat a skillet by drizzling some butter and spread evenly on pan,place the tikkis and cook on both sides till golden brown colour.Cook till done and serve hot.
