1.Rice flour 1 cup
2.Garlic cloves 5
3.Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
4.Green chillies 3
5.Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
6.Vaamu 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander leaves 1 bunch
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Meanwhile blend coriander leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds,garlic into a smooth paste.
3.Take a bowl add rice flour and mix well with water,sprinkle some sesame seeds,vaamu and mix well with water,prepare a dough.
4.Take a sev presser and stuff the dough mixture inside and press gently into hot oil like sev.
5.Keep stirring in between and fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve immediately.
