1.Raw mango 4
2.Fenugreek seeds 50 grams
3.Mustard seeds 100 grams
4.Asafoetida 1/2 tbsp
5.Red chilli powder 1 cup
6.Salt 1 cup
7.Jaggery 1 cup
8.Oil 1 cup
9.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds and fry for few minutes.
2.Switch of the flame,add asafoetida and rest aside to cool and blend into a smooth powder.
3.Transfer into a bowl,add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,jaggery and mix well.
4.Add raw mango pieces and mix it well.Gradually add oil and mix well.Shelf period of the pickle is 15 days.
