1.Seema Vankaya 1 boiled and cut into cubes
2.Soaked chana dal 1/2 cup boiled
3.Fresh coconut 1/2 cup
4.Milk 1/2 cup
5.Green chillies 6
6.Garlic cloves 4
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Dried red chillies 2
9.Curry leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Blend coconut,green chillies,garlic,salt into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves,seema vankaya,chana dal and saute for few minutes.
3.Add ground paste and fry for another few minutes.Add milk,stir well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
4.Switch of the flame and serve hot.
