Mixed Dal Vada Tayari


1.Toor dal 1/4 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Urad dal 1/2 cup
4.Kabuli chana 1/4 cup
5.Bobbarlu 1/4 cup
6.Soya beans 1/4 cup
7.Chana dal 1/4 cup
8.Ginger small piece
9.Green chillies 4
10.Thotakoora chopped 1 cup
11.Rice flour 2 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Soak all the above lentils in water,grind them with ginger,green chillies into a smooth paste.
2.Add rice flour,thotakoora,salt and mix well evenly.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Apply some oil to your palms,prepare small size vadas and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Keep turning in between and fry evenly till nice golden brown colour.Serve hot.
