Mamidikaya Pesara Pappu


1.Moong dal 1 cup boiled
2.Raw mango 1/2 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Green chillies 3
6.Dried red chillies 2
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Curry leaves
9.Turmeric powder a pinch
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add dried red chillies,tempering seeds and saute for a minute.
2.Add green chillies,curry leaves,raw mango and fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder and saute,finally add moong dal and mix well.
4.Add some water as required and give it a mix,cook on medium flame for few minutes.
5.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
