Nimmakaya Mamidiallam Ooragaya


1.Lemon 4 diced
2.Mamidiallam 5 grams
3.Carrot 1
4.Garlic cloves 5
5.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
6.Green chilli 1
7.Dried red chilli 2
8.Fenugreek powder 1/4 tbsp
9.Hing a pinch
10.Turmeric a pinch
11.Red chilli powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil 3 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add lemon pieces,mamidiallam,carrot,green chillies,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,fenugreek powder and mix well.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,garlic cloves,pinch of hing and pour in pickle bowl.Rest aside the pickle in room temperature for 3 days,keep stirring in between and serve with rice.
