Sorakaya Manchuriya


1.Sorakaya grated 2 cups
2.Maida 2 tbsp
3.Corn flour 2 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
6.Ginger,Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
7.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
8.Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Coriander leaves


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl combine sorakaya grated,maida,corn flour,salt,pepper powder and mix well,prepare a dough mixture.
3.Prepare small roundels with dough and keep aside.
4.Slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,keep turning in between and fry evenly.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,a garlic,ginger an saute for a while.
6.Add soya sauce,salt,pepper,chilli sauce and saute for a minute,finally add fried balls and mix well.
7.Dissolve corn flour in water and add to the pan and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
