1.Raw papaya 2 cups
2.Mustard powder 1/4 cup
3.Fenugreek powder 1 tbsp
4.Red chilli powder 1/2 cup
5.Lemon juice 2 tbsp
6.Oil 1/2 cup
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Dried red chillies 2


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add raw papaya pieces and fry for few minutes till light brown colour.
2.Rest aside the pieces to cool down.
3.In the same pan add mustard powder,fenugreek powder,salt,red chilli powder,lemon juice and mix well,coat well all the pieces evenly.
4.Heat some oil in a pan add dried red chillies,tempering seeds and saute for a while,pour the tempering in pickle and mix well.
