Corn Stuffed Capsicum Curry


1.Capsicum 1/4 kilo
2.Sweet corn 1 cup
3.Tomatoes chopped 2
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Besan flour 1 cup
6.Coconut grated 1/2 cup
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Curd 1 cup
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
12.Coriander leaves
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,sweet corn and fry for few minutes.
2.Add grated coconut,besan flour and saute,fry until raw smell goes off.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder and mix well,switch off the flame and mix well with some water as required.
4.Heat some oil in another pan,add onions and fry for few for a minute.
5.Add tomatoes chopped,cook till soft and tender.Add garam masala powder,salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and saute.
6.Add curd and mix well,bring it to boil for few minutes.
7.Stuff the capsicum with fried mixture and meanwhile prepare a thick batter with besan flour by adding some salt.
8.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,dip the capsicum in besan batter and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
9.Transfer fried bajjis into gravy and cook for 2 minutes by covering with a lid,cook till done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
