3.Urad dal soak overnight
4.Moong dal soak 1/2 hr before
5.Green chillies
8.Cooking soda
9.Red chilli powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Pepper powder


1.Blend soaked urad dal,moong dal,green chillies,ginger,salt into a coarse paste.
2.Transfer mixture into a bowl,add cooking soda,boiled and blended spinach paste and mix well evenly.
3.Prepare small round vadas and drop in hot oil and deep fry,fry on medium flame till nice golden colour and crisp.
4.Transfer into a water bowl,soak for about 5 minutes.once done remove excess water and keep aside.
5.Pour curd on top of vadas,drizzle some green chutney,sweet chutney,pepper powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder on top.
6.Sprinkle some sev on top and serve.
