1.Aratikaya 1 boiled
2.Maida 1 cup
3.Baking soda a pinch
4.Curd 2 tbsp
5.Sugar 1 cup
6.Vanilla essence 1/2 tbsp
7.Oil for deep frying


1.Prepare sugar syrup in a pan by adding sugar,some water and bring it to boil.
2.Take a bowl mash boiled aratikaya smoothly without any lumps,add maida,curd,baking soda,vanilla essence and mix well prepare small round balls.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour,keep turning in between and fry evenly.
4.Finally drop the fried balls in sugar syrup and soak for 10 minutes till balls absorbs sugar syrup and serve immediately.
