Pandu Mirchi Mamidi Allam Pachadi


1.Pandumirapakayalu 10
2.Mamidi Allam 20 grams
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Dried red chillies 2
5.Curry leaves
6.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
7.Sugar a pinch
8.Salt to taste
9.Lemon juice 1/2 cup
10.Fenugreek powder a pinch
11.Oil 1/2 cup
12.Hing a pinch


1.Take a blender jar add mamidiallam and blend once,add pandumirchi,salt and blend into a smooth paste.
2.Add sugar,mustard powder,fenugreek powder and blend once again,transfer into a bowl.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,garlic,hing,dried red chilli,curry leaves and saute for few minutes,pour the mixture on top of ground chutney.
4.Rest aside the mixture to cool down,after done squeeze some lemon juice and mix well.
