1.Pandumirapakayalu 10
2.Raw mango 1
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Dried red chillies 2
5.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Sugar a pinch
8.Salt to taste
9.Fenugreek powder 1 tbsp
10.Oil 1/2 cup


1.Blend Pandumirapakayalu with some salt into a smooth paste.
2.Add garlic,salt,raw mango and blend once again.
3.Add sugar,fenugreek powder and mix well.
4.Heat some oil for tempering,add tempering seeds,garlic,dried red chillies,curry leaves and saute for a minute.
5.Finally add ground chutney to the pan and mix it well.
