2.Cumin seeds
4.Rice ravva
5.Cashew nuts
7.Tempering seeds
8.Red chillies
9.Curry leaves
10.Green chillies
12.Lemon juice


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry oats for few minutes till light golden brown colour.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,immediately add some water 2 cups,turmeric and bring it to boil.
3.Add rice ravva to boiling water and mix well without any lumps,transfer rice ravva bowl into a pressure pan.Cook on medium flame for few minutes till steam comes out.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,fry cashew nuts for few minutes till; light brown colour and keep aside.
5.Add peanuts in the same pan and saute for few minutes till; done,transfer into cashew nuts bowl.
6.In the same pan,add chana dal,tempering seeds,red chillies and saute till light brown colour.
7.Add green chillies and saute for a minute,remove rice ravva from pressure pan,add turmeric,oil and add to fried oats bowl and mix well evenly.
8.Finally add tempering mixture and mix well,rest aside the mixture to cool down,add some salt,lemon juice and give it a good stir.Serve hot with garnished cashew nuts and peanuts.
